24 November 2022, Janakpurdham. A massive fire broke out in Gaur, the headquarters of Rautahat district, last night at 11 pm. There were at least 16 people sleeping when the fire broke out, killing three children, two girls 9 and 5 years of age, and a boy 7 years of age.
Bodies of the deceased are kept at the Gaur Hospital while the injured are being treated at the same hospital.
