The Nepal Communist Party (Maoist Center) has added 18 central members. This decision was made during the permanent committee meeting held on February 11 and 12.
Currently, there are 409 central members in the Maoist Center. The new additions include Lalbahadur Susling (Morang), Shankar Rai (Khotang), Ripuprasad Rai (Sankhuwasabha), Dambar Subedi (Sunsari), among others.
Additionally, Dr. Mahadev Mahato (Morang), Tank Giri (Morang), Ramsur Buda (Rukum East), Puran Kesi (Rolpa), Rajendra Veer Ray (Banke), Narayan Maharjan (Kathmandu), and more have been included.
Moreover, Hirannath Khatiwada (Nuwakot), Manarishi Dhital (Jumla), Khil Bahadur Bhandari (Chitwan), Mainakumar Moktan (Ramechhap), Chandra Bahadur Khadka (Arghakhanchi), Vivash Chintan Devkota (Gorkha), Ganga Pokharel (Kaski), and Vijay Banem (Taplejung) have also been included.
The Maoist Center has extended its support and endorsement to some leaders from the Salhakar and Senior Communist Manch as well.
These leaders include Purna Singh Rajvanshi (Jhapa), Laxmi Shrestha (Kathmandu), Bina Pokharel (Morang), and Suresh Gautam (Gulmi) from the Salhakar faction.
From the Senior Communist Manch, Nagendra Dhimal (Morang), Indraprasad Regmi (Chitwan), and Prakash Suvedi (Banke) have received recognition.
